Flex-I-Liner
pumps are sealless and self-priming. They can pump in either direction and can run dry.
Flex-I-Liner pumps can be furnished with electric motors, with rotary vane air motors or
with variable speed drives for metering purposes.
Note:
Consult factory for flows greater than 10gpm (2.25m³/hr and
temperatures higher than 210° F (99° C)
Providing a gentle, pumping action that eliminates churning or foaming, the pump moves
fluid without having it come in contact with any metallic parts. The pumps operation
is based on the fluid traveling between the interior wall of a rugged themoplastic body
block and the outer wall of a flexible, elastomeric liner. A rotor mounted on an eccentric
shaft rotates within the flexible liner creating a squeegee action on the fluid, thereby
forcing it in the desired direction.
